[00:53.45]I am liken to a grain of wheat

[01:26.45]The wheat cannot choose whether it be fed to swine，

[01:33.71] I have a choice and I will not let my life be fed to swine nor will I
[01:40.36]let it be ground under the rocks of failure and despair
[01:44.44] to be broken open and devoured by the will of others.

[02:46.38]And how will I accomplish this?
[02:49.22] First I will set goals for the day，
[02:52.65] the week， the month， the year，
[02:55.25]and my life. Just as the rain must fall
[02:59.66]before the wheat will crack its shell and sprout，
[03:03.34] so must I have objectives before my life will crystallize.
[03:08.08]In setting my goals I will consider
[03:11.02]my best performance of the past and multiply it a hundredfold.
[03:16.08]This will be the standard by which I will live in the future.
[03:20.63]Never will I be of concern
[03:23.28] that my goals are too high for
[03:26.01] is it not better to aim my spear at the moon
[03:29.49]and strike only an eagle than to
[03:32.52]aim my spear at the eagle and strike only a rock?
